It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved grandson, son, brother, cousin, and nephew, Zachary Perry. At the tender age of 26, Zachary departed this world, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. Though his time with us was tragically cut short, the impact he made on our lives will forever endure.
Zachary was born on a warm summer day in Sharon, Connecticut, a beautiful reflection of the light and joy that he would bring to our lives. From the moment he entered this world, it was clear that he possessed a radiant spirit and a compassionate heart. His laughter could light up a room, and his genuine kindness touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A devoted son, Zachary was a constant source of pride and joy for his parents. He shared a deep bond with his family, always going above and beyond to ensure their happiness and well-being. His love for his siblings knew no bounds, and his protective nature made him not just a brother, but also a trusted friend and confidant. Zachary's caring nature extended to his extended family as well, cherishing his role as a cousin and creating cherished memories with each and every one of them.
Beyond his drive to be the best version of himself, Zachary had a vibrant personality that attracted people from all walks of life. He possessed an infectious sense of humor and a quick wit that could brighten even the darkest of days. His compassionate and empathetic nature allowed him to connect with others on a profound level, offering comfort and support whenever it was needed most. Zachary's kindness knew no bounds, and his gentle spirit left an everlasting impression on all who had the honor of crossing his path.
As we mourn the loss of Zachary, we find solace in the memories we shared and the legacy he leaves behind. Aunts, Tina, Jessica, Tata and Liz. Uncle Kevin. Cousins, Maya, Stephie, April (Bobby), Emma (Sam), Ellie, Reggie, Brandon, Dylan, Kayla (Phoenix) Hailey, Khloe, Jay, and Dallas. All are invited to a visitation with Zachary's family on Monday, June 19, 2023 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC 134 River Street, Middleburgh, NY 12122. A funeral service will follow at 4:00PM at Discover Life Church, 14464 Main St, Prattsville, NY 12468. Interment will be private, in Evergreen Cemetery, Pine Plains, NY.
