Christina Porter Obituary

Oneonta - Christina M.  Micheline Porter, 39, passed away suddenly Sunday, October 18, 2020.

Born and raised in Middleburgh, she was the daughter of Jane and George Candido Jr and her father, Harmon Porter who predeceased her. Christina was also married to Marc Micheline, who predeceased her.

Loving Christina forever are her two children: Lucas and Mykayla. She is also survived by her 10 siblings that she loved very much as well as several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Christina was an adventurous and outgoing soul with a heart of gold who enjoyed traveling cooking and spending quality time with family. She always went the extra mile to help someone in need. Her generosity and thoughtfulness will always be treasured.  Some of her happiest memories were made when she and her children lived in Burke, NY with her late Grandparents, George and Alice Candido. She was also a member of the Truth and Life Church in Oneonta.

Her family invites you to an open visitation from 2-4PM on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Sharon Springs Joint Fire District, 137 Beechwood Road, Sharon Springs, NY 13459.  Please be respectful of distancing and facial coverings.
