Charlotte Bell Obituary

Middleburgh – Charlotte Ann Bell passed into the hands of her Lord on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at the age of 63.

Charlotte was born on February 11, 1957 in Knoxville, TN to the late Sally (Kitts) and Lester Felter.  She was also predeceased by her brother Bob.

She leaves behind her soulmate of 36 years: Rex Bellinger, her sons: Bruce Martin and Todd Bell (Joy Bell); her step-son: Christopher Bellinger (Kelly Bellinger); her step-daughter: Lisa Porter (Scott Porter) and grandchildren: Cody Martin (Deanna Martin), Hannah Martin, Dylan Bellinger, Alexia Bell, Kerrington Bellinger and Meghan Porter; siblings Donna, Christy, Linda, Wanda, Walter “Jim” McMullen (Sheila), Pamela Shaul (Jim)  and many nieces and nephews.

Charlotte will be remembered for her yearly Christmas village that spanned the entire living room and drew many visitors. She was well known for her cookies, baking and serving homemade family meals with love.  She loved to refinish furniture and working with wood furnishings. Most of all she will be remembered as being a wonderful and loving grandmother, always happy to see her grandchildren. She had a generous heart, willing to give the shirt off her back to those she thought might need it, or if she thought it might bring a smile to those she cared for.

A memorial service will be at the family's convenience at a later date and they appreciate you remembering her and them through this time.

Charlotte’s family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in her honor.
