Carole Klingbeil

Schoharie – Carole Ann Clink Klingbeil passed away after a long illness on March 16, 2020, at her home in Maryland which she shared with daughter.
 
Born in Montrose, PA. on July 21, 1940, the daughter of Elmer and Phyllis Clink, Carole he was a 1958 graduate of Middleburgh Central School and started her family soon thereafter.  She worked as an LPN doing private duty and then employed by the BOCES in Schoharie as a nurse until retiring. She then moved to New Mexico and later to Maryland with her daughter and her family.
She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, was 4-H leader, an avid sewer, gardener and enjoyed traveling, especially to Maine.  Carole was also a past member of the Shunpike Camper’s Club.
 
She was predeceased by her siblings: Penny Holmes and Duane Clink.
 
Carole’s love and memory will be cherished forever by her children: Leslie Bennett, Michael Cummings, Robbin Ritte, Rebecca Martinez; grandchildren: Nyrelle Horton, Heather Hughes, Derrick Ritte, Dustin Bennett, Zachary Bennett, Aneatta Cummings and Leanza Martinez; several great-grandchildren; siblings: Plillip Clink, Wendy Stevens, Maggie Clink; sister-in-law: Joanne Clink and several nieces and nephews.
 
Per Carole’s request, there will be no formal services and her family appreciates your remembering her and them through this time.
