Sandra Wilsey Swartout passed away on May 29, 2024 at the age of 87 in St. Petersburg, Florida, under the loving care of Hospice.  Born on October 24, 1936 in Schoharie, New York, Sandy was the daughter of Stanley and Marjorie Wilsey.

Sandy spent much of her career in restaurant services and enjoyed conversations with her customers.  Sandy moved to St. Petersburg 39 years ago with her late husband, Frank Swartout, where they built a wonderful life with their close-knit community and friends.

Sandy is survived by her siblings: Phillip Wilsey and Gene (Linda) Wilsey, along with her son: John (Debbie) Wilsey; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her St. Petersburg family.

An intimate, graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11:00AM in the Breakabeen Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in Sandra's honor may be made to your favorite local, non-profit organization.
