Brunswick, GA – Robert Eugene Taylor, 78, died unexpectedly and tragically too soon on May 21, 2019 from injuries received in a vehicle accident in Richmond, VA.

Robert was born on March 13, 1941 in Jacksonville, FL to Estelle (Sloan) and Harwel Taylor. A talented craftsman, Robert enjoyed making things out of wood.  He also enjoyed hunting for treasures at auctions and the rush of adrenaline, watching and betting on horses.

His life and memory will always be in the hearts of his beloved companion, Patricia; his 6 children; 9 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; many nieces and nephews

While a celebration of Robert's life will be held privately, his family thanks you for remembering them in thought and prayer through this time and also extends gratitude to Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC, of Middleburgh for their compassion, care and support in honoring Robert's life.
