Middleburgh: Peter R. Igneri, 80, of Church Road, died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.

Peter was born on March 11, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY to Theresa and Rocco Igneri.

He served in the United States Army and was proud of his time working in the NYPD.

Pete loved sharing stories, laughs and his loving smile.

He loved trains, clocks, and his Harley Davidson

Pete is survived by his wife Rose (Nolte) Igneri, whom he married on June 23, 1991, his sons Peter and Rocco Igneri, his daughter Denise (Rick) Lyon, along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and his cats Little Girl and Bobo.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11AM on Sunday, July 23rd at his residence, 41 Church Rd, Middleburgh.  Family and friends are invited to gather and remember Pete after the service until 2PM
