Obituary

Paul D. Reynolds, of Middleburgh, died peacefully at home, in the loving care of his family on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Paul was born 75 years ago on May 12, 1951 in Margaretville to Neysa (Stryker) and Charles Reynolds.

Paul retired from DOT in Oneonta and devoted more time to projects around his home, which he remodeled twice himself. He loved being outside, hiking and hunting or sitting around the campfire. The cool breeze, the crisp air and the beauty of nature all spoke to his spirit. A good cocktail topped everything off as well.

And he loved his family dearly, but his heart smiled with joy most when his grandchildren were with him.

Loving Paul forever are his wife: Paulette Collucci-Reynolds, whom he married on September 10, 1997; his sons: Mark (Beth) Reynolds and Steven Reynolds; his step-son: Carmen Sullivan; his grandchildren: Hayley Dugan, Nathaniel Reynolds, Lucas Reynolds, Anthony Sullivan; great-grandchildren: Raelyn and Ellias Sullivan; his sister: Sue (Tim) Greenough; his brother: Gary (Janette) Reynolds; his niece and nephew: Brenda Berger and Matthew (Kelly) Reynolds; great-nephews: Phillip Berger, Richard Berger and Cash Reynolds. Paul welcomed by his angels, his two grandchildren that predeceased him: Kiley and Cody Sullivan.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:00-11:00PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC in Middleburgh, NY, 12122. A memorial service will begin at 11:00AM, following the visitation.

Paul's family requests memorial donations in his honor be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital www.stjude.org or the Wounded Warrior Project
