Mildred E. Bogardus of Esperance, found eternal peace on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Millie was born on December 18,1929 in Barnerville to Golda (Strait) and Harry Graves and graduated from Cobleskill High School in 1947. Millie worked for almost 30 years at General Electric in Schenectady before retiring.

She loved camping, collecting model farm toys, and driving her old golf cart around the property.  She also loved visiting the Amish in Lancaster, PA on vacations and dining out at local restaurants.

Loving Millie forever are her husband: Arthur C. Bogardus, whom she married on December 22, 1967; her daughter: Carol Marshall (Paul Nikolaus); grandchildren: Amy Yacobucci, Ronnie Bever; great-grandchildren: Andrew Yacobucci, Taya Yacobucci; her sister: Marjorie Almy; her niece: Clara Littlejohn and several other nieces and nephews; and her sister-in-law: Jean Bastiani.  Millie was predeceased by her daughter: Jean Hagadorn and her 10 siblings.

A graveside service and inurnment will be in the Richmondville Rural Cemetery.
