Katherine Lethco, of Grove Street, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Robinson Terrace in Stamford, NY

Katherine was one of 15 children and was born 87 years ago on May 11, 1939 in Worcester, NY to Anna Strobeck and Clifford McMullen.

She raised her family in Middleburgh and loved baking, especially cookies, making puzzles, word-find books and visiting with friends and neighbors at Mrs. K's Kitchen and Stewart's.

Katherine's family includes her daughter: Judy (Frank) Mann of Middleburgh, her son: James W. (Faleasha) Lethco of Middleburgh; her grandchildren: Eric (Samantha) Bellinger, Brittni Mann, Samantha (Jacob) Meyer, Nick Lethco, Zack T. Lethco, Gunner Lethco and Alexis Lethco; her 5 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband James E. Lethco; her son Zack N. Lethco and 11 of her siblings.

A graveside service will be held in the spring, in Summit Cemetery, Summit, NY.
