Middleburgh- Judy A. Berard, of Papoose Path found eternal peace on Monday, February 7, 2022 in the comfort of her home.

Judy was born 76 years ago on June 3, 1945 in Richmondville to Violetta (Howland) and Leon Montayne.  She graduated from Cobleskill Central School in 1963 and that same year married her sweetheart, Jerry.  Their love affair would only strengthen over the next 59 years. Judy worked as a secretary for the Houston Chronicle for many years before retiring.  She loved making stained glass, creating beautiful scrapbooks and crafts and being in the company of her family and friends.

Loving her forever are her husband: Jerry Berard of Middleburgh; daughter: Gretchen (Chuck) Lange; son: Jesse Berard (Angelique Nuzum); granddaughters: Brittney Wood, Kayleigh Berard, Kyndel Berard and Lulu Berard (mother Jennifer Whitehead Berard); great-granddaughter: BB Wood; many other members of the crazy Berard family; her best friend: Sarah Freeman and her beloved Husky "Gabby."

All are invited to a celebration of her life at 11:00AM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC, 134 River Street, Middleburgh.
