Joseph A. Bowie, of Gates Hill Road died at his home on Friday, November 24, 2023 from declining health.

He was born 59 years ago on August 21, 1964 to Lenora (Cooper) and William Bowie.  Joseph worked as an installer for Conklin Satellite in Liberty, NY.  He enjoyed painting, making crafts and taking car rides through the hills, enjoying the beauty of nature.

Loving him forever are his longtime companion: Joyce Walker; his son: Joseph Bowie, Jr.; his daughter: Megan Bowie; step-sons: Ricky and Theodore Rivenburg; his siblings: James, Tom, Donna, Darleen and Pamela; many grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Per Joseph's request, no formal services will be held.  His family requests memorials in his honor be sent to the Middleburgh Volunteer Emergency Ambulance Corps PO Box 817, Middleburgh, NY 12122
