Irving "Ike" L. Munoz, of Pleasant Avenue, Middleburgh, died Sunday, May 28, 2023 from declining health.

Ike was born on December 23, 1941 in Middleburgh, to Etta J. (Finch) and Louis A. Munoz, Sr. and was one of 21 children in the family.  Ike served his country in the United States Army and worked very hard throughout his life, most recently as a groundskeeper at Sleepy Hollow housing development in Athens.  He enjoyed nothing more than sitting on his front porch, soaking in the sunshine, laughing and joking with everyone and singing and dancing.

His local family includes his nephews: John Munzo and DeForest Munzo; his great-nieces: Shelby (Sean Brown) Munzo, Shauna Munzo and Megan Munzo and family; his adopted daughter: Tina Mulholland and his son: Jay Pulcrano.  Ike was predeceased by his wife: Susan F. Munoz; his parents and all of his siblings.

A gathering for his family and friends will be held privately
