Elizabeth "Liz" Shultes, 91, passed away peacefully at her home on May 22, 2023. Liz was born in West Middleburgh on March 24, 1932 and proudly lived her whole life in Middleburgh.

She graduated from Middleburgh Central School in 1951 and married Roger Shultes on October 11, 1952. She worked for ten years at Parson's Drug Store in Middleburgh.

In addition to her parents Guy and Evelyn Rivenburgh and husband Roger, she was predeceased by her brother: George Rivenburgh and sister: Lillian Claus. Liz is survived by her son: Shane and daughter: Stephanie; her sister: Jeannette Brumaghim and many nieces and nephews.

As per Liz's wishes there will be no services.

Donations in her name may be sent to the Iroquois Museum, PO Box 7, Howes Cave, NY 12092 where Liz was fondly known as the "Raffle Queen!"
