Edward C. Jenkins, 78, of Katie Lane, died on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at his home.

He was born on August 11, 1946 in Fulton, NY to Marge and Ken Jenkins and graduated from Fulton High School in 1964, spending much of his life in Fulton.  He worked 34 years at Alltel in Fulton and loved every minute of it.

Ed was a protector. He protected his family, his country during the Vietnam War and his home.  He was a caring, gentle man, who loved anything outdoors including camping, hunting, scuba diving and boating.

Ed was predeceased by his parents; his beautiful daughter: Tracie Anteman; and his parents-in-law: Frederick and Patricia (Puffer) Coant.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 52 years: Kathleen Coant Jenkins, his granddaughter: Audrie Anteman; his son-in-law: Craig Anteman; sisters: Nancy (Tom) Williams, Mary (Greg) Munk, Kathryn (Dave) Diak and Sharon (Ray) Bohne; sisters-in-law: Nancy Bartlett, Diane (Jim Szymanski) Dickquist and Cheryl (Randy) Bergman; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins, and his dog, "Jingle Bella."

Ed will be missed by all who knew him and per his request, no formal services will be held.
