Middleburgh – Edward J. Gotch, 72, of Gorge Road, died peacefully at his home on Thursday, March 5, 2020.

Edward was born on November 1, 1947 in Bay Shore, NY.  He worked as a grounds man at Miller Place High School for many years before retiring.  He loved his cars and being a "shade-tree mechanic."  He also enjoyed clamming, fishing, cooking and relaxing with his family and friends.

Cherishing his memory forever are his son: Eugene Gotch; his 3 grandchildren; his sisters: Constance (David) Wanat, Wendie (Guy) Ellenberger and Darlene Giacomomazzo; his nieces and nephews including: Stacey (Ned) Ostrander, Robert Stevenot, Kendra (Kevin) Wanat, Audra (Jerry) Manino, Christopher (Aris) Ellenberger, Jason Stevens and Giancarlo Giacomomazzo; his great-nieces: Brittany and Savannah DeLeva, Griana, Brianna and Brealyn Ellenberger and great-nephews: Corey Aspromante, Sal and Cole Manino
