Christopher C. Brewer, of North Blenheim, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 3, 2025 and is now at peace.

Chris was born 47 years ago on November 9, 1977 in Laurinburg, NC to Linda (Forbes) and John L. Brewer and served his country from 1999-2003 in the United States Army in Iraq with Charlie Company 2-7 Cav.

Chris's heart shone as bright as the stars and the planets he loved so much.  He depicted them in many of his paintings and loved studying astronomy and reading the works of Carl Sagan.  Chris also cherished his dogs, Bella, Gunner and Sagan.

Loving Chris forever are his wife: Mary Jane Hardy, whom he married on June 20, 2015; his daughter: Kali Mahlstedt; his mother: Linda Brewer; his sister and brother: Stacy Moore and Steve Brewer; his sisters-in-law: Lia Brewer and Marilyn Alexander; his nieces and nephews: Madison and Lilly Brewer, Kyle, Tess, Cole and Rene Alexander.  Chris was predeceased by his father and his brother; Bryan Alexander.

His family thanks you for remembering him and them through this time and a celebration of Chris' life will be held at a later date.
