Cecile Yvone Nettleton passed away peacefully in her home on December 27, 2022.  She was born 83 years ago on July 21 1939 in Springfield, MA to Dorothy Mae (Stebbins) and Phillip D. Tremblay.

Cecile was a strong woman who devoted her time to being a homemaker and accomplished artist.

Loving her forever are her sisters: Phyllis Hess (Dave) of Indiana and Charlene Poctor (Jim) of Washington; and her 5 children: John Chevosky (Lucy) of Massachusetts, Debra Waters (Tom) of Breakbeen, Kenneth Peck (Julie) of Texas, Rene Peck (Jason)of Fort Plain, Phyllis Peck of Fort Plain; her 7 grandchildren and17 great-grandchildren.

She will be joining her late husband, William Nettleton, at Saratoga National Cemetery.  Her family thanks you for remembering her and them through this time.  Coltrain Funeral Home is honored to be caring for Cecile and her family.
