Middleburgh –Anthony W. "Jerry" Andrew, 62, of Cotton Hill Road died Monday, June 17, 2019 and found his eternal peace.

Jerry was born on November 6, 1956 at the former Stamford Hospital to Beatrice (Wilkens) and Dr. B. Wesley Andrew.

Jerry was a truck driver by trade and worked for McMullen Transport, in South Bethlehem.  He loved every minute behind the wheel and every mile of road that passed beneath his rig.

Relaxation came in being outdoors, hunting and also being at Dirt Track Races.  Jerry was talented, strong and resourceful enough to build his own home from the concrete foundation to its roof, yet gentle enough inside to be won over by the love of his treasured granddaughters and will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

Jerry was predeceased by his father: Dr. B. Wesley Andrew and his grandparents: Anne and Jerry Sandora

Holding his love and memory the closest are his wife of 34 years: Melanie (Bettig) Andrew; son: Chris (Rebecca) Andrew of Middleburgh; daughter: Nikita Andrew of Middleburgh; his mother: Beatrice Andrew of Middleburgh; his beloved granddaughters: Alexis, Paisley and Ryleigh, all of Middleburgh; his sisters: Karen (Mark) Balzano of Johnstown, Lara (Rick)Barnett of  Esperance; brother: Wesley (Annette) Andrew of Middleburgh and many nieces, nephews,  other family members and friends.

While cremation will be handled privately, Jerry's family invites you to a visitation with them from 5:00-7:00PM on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC 134 River Street, Middleburgh.
