Middleburgh- Andrew R. Schneider, 59, of High Pine Meadows, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Cobleskill Regional Hospital following declining health.

Andrew was born in Manhattan on July 25, 1957 to Shirley (Klein) and Gerald Schneider.

Andrew worked at IBM in Albany as a technician.  In his free time he enjoyed camping and spending time with his family and friends.

Andrew's true passion was photography and music.  He had a keen eye for taking perfect pictures, enjoyed playing the guitar and was blessed with perfect pitch.

Andrew was predeceased by his father, Gerald.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy Schneider of Middleburgh, whom he married on May 22, 1993, his sons: Nathaniel and Nicholas Schneider, of Middleburgh; mother: Shirley Schneider of Schenectady; sister: Jody (Gary) Morgenegg of Scotia; brother: Warren Schneider of New Jersey and many other family members and friends.

A Memorial service will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday April 15, 2017 at the Gallupville Gospel Church, 118 Gospel Lane, Schoharie, NY 12157 with Pastor James Wolford officiating.  Family and friends are also invited to a period of visitation to be held from 1-3pm on Saturday, at the church, prior to the service.
