Middleburgh: Donna M. Humphrey, 59, of Windy Ridge Road, died unexpectedly, September 1, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Donna was born on May 24, 1958 in Albany to the late Mary Jane (Longhear) and Lawrence R. Southwick, Sr.
She had lived in Middleburgh for many years and worked at Stewarts and as a cook at Mrs. K’s Kitchen.
A passionate bowler, Middleburgh Lanes will seem quiet without her sharp humor and hearty laugh. She was a member of the Sunday night mixed league and also taught junior bowling on Saturday mornings.
Donna loved cooking, knitting, shopping, helping others whenever she could, visiting, catching up on local news and hearing how all of her friends were.
She will be forever held in the hearts of her many friends and family, including her husband: Stephen Humphrey of Middleburgh; daughters: Shannon Humphrey of Florida, Megan Humphrey and Tiffany (Christopher Hanley) Humphrey, both of Middleburgh; son: Shawn Southwick of Ravena; sister: Lorie Southwick of Catskill; brother: Lawrence R. Southwick, Jr. of Ravena; granddaughters: Sarina Ware, Madalynn Humphrey, Izabella Intres, Nevaeh Rose Hanley; grandsons: Landon Humphrey, Hunter Armlin, Jameson Armlin, Mason Hanley; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 7PM on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC, 134 River Street, Middleburgh. All are invited to a visitation from 5-7PM, prior to the service. Interment will be private, at the convenience of the family.
